Volunteer Income Tax Assistance
VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) is a national program which provides free help with filing annual tax returns. We are fortunate to have an on-campus site run through BYU BAP, allowing taxpayers to come to our site and file their taxes for free.
This is a great opportunity for BAP members to serve the community and gain valuable experience preparing real tax returns. We typically begin volunteer training in January and remain open through the end of tax season.
